yes you are probably right there but they did influence the language with words like pfingin(penny) and stuff like that. well i can't dispute it as i was not around back then so i can't prove or disprove and it doesn't matter as its only a bitta banter with me. thanks

I took 4 years of it and lived in Dublin. Norway has nothing to do with the Irish language. It's mostly German (Geals), French, and Latin. For the record, Norway wasn't even populated when the Gaels and Celts populated Ireland.

depends where your from, if you are a German for example dutch, and flamish would be eaiser to pick up and learn rather than me an irish person trying to.. well in theory anyway |
