Please, anyone could tell me where can I find Fantasia g2(L8. S4) in d, by J.P. Sweelinck?

Beautiful example of counterpoint. Awesome interpretation. Gould is quite amazing. I agree with yukily07: Gould's art has a Godly quality to it. Deo gratias for inspired musicians.

Indeed, save for the first opening bars where the altered seventh and seconds are not touched, Sweelinck is not mistakable for Bach, as the latter writing much more solidly in "tonal" scales then in melodic modes. There is a functional aspect to Bach's transitions that mirrors Rameau or Vivaldi or even Couperin and not an earlier late Rennaissance composer like Sweelinck. Bach's contrupuntal texture also tends to be thicker and he does not use as many non-essential ornaments.

This unknown Niederlander Master has since become one of our favorite composers coming from that era of lutherian baroque. Deo gratias! Gould's art is indeed here almost divine.
