Negative votes allowed; a variation of stuffing the ballot box by subtracting a vote for one candidate and giving a vote to another candidate so that the total vote count does not increase/decrease sounding the alarm and raising obvious questions. of coarse these are going to be the machines that we are going to have to use on election day. And there will be government agents in every state of this country injecting this "melicious software" on these machines manipulating them to favor john mccain. Because this country will not tolerate a black man to become president. I am for OBAMA but am not getting my hopes up at all due to the crooked government we are under
