If he keeps singing like this he will probably not even have a voice anymore when he's 35. Young singers often try to sing dramatic roles too soon and some vocal coaches are to blame as well for letting them. A singer should understand that he only has one instrument which can never be replaced.

Quite simply, I have never heard such a big baritone voice at such a young age. If he preserves his instrument and takes very good care of it, he can become huge.
