Try this:1st, attach the strings to the tuners properly. There are several ways this could be done. I use a method where the string locks itself. Search google for explainations.Then you can take a pen and scrape off some graphite into the "tracks" of the nut. This is for lubrication which will minimize the risk of the string getting stuck there.If you do those two things you shouldn't get tuning problems, unless your Hello Kitty has bad tuners.
